lyrics

Irony is a new word for me, it spans out its reach
I could be a line in a song or a parody
I describe my cold dragging nights as my alibi
To attest that I'm not the one that's dragging by

When I get lonely I spend all of my millions, we go to the city walking past civilians who work nine to five jobs and barely get a break but sometimes I pay their mortgage and take them to some tropic islands. We get back by sunset all the wealth distributed, we bury our fortunes and make a toast to poverty and pour one out for all our friends who couldn't be here, we play some records - life has never been much easier.
